Does your vehicle have a ramp?
Yes my wheelchair-friendly car comes fitted with a ramp so you, the wheelchair user, will remain in your chair while I wheel you in.
Yes it is. My vehicle is specifically built for wheelchair users and comes with two sets of locks for the front and back wheels, so your wheelchair is safely locked. We have seatbelts as well for your enhanced safety.
How do I know if my wheelchair will fit?
Most wheelchairs will fit but to be sure simply send us a picture or measurements and we will be able to assist you with that.
I have a medical appointment at 9am but I’m not sure what time I will finish.
Totally understand your situation. Simply give me a call when you are done and please be prepared to wait for about 30 minutes for me to get to you as I might not be nearby.

As soon as you have a date or know when you need to travel, it’s best to book to avoid disappointment.
Can I travel alone or must I have someone accompany?
You certainly can travel alone.
I have an emergency and need to rush to the hospital immediately, can I use your service?
I’m afraid not. My service is strictly for non-emergency use only.
I need to attend an event in the evening, are you available?
My services are available but it’s best to call and inquire ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
How is what you offer different from others?
I believe in getting you to where you need to with safety in mind. Safety on the roads and safety within my vehicle – which means I’m constantly ensuring hygiene standards because your health is just as important. In between rides I wipe down my vehicle first before you board. This is my service to you first and foremost. Mine is a car not a van so your loved one is not seated far behind or feel they are isolated. They seat facing forward so the journey is comfortable. Mobility+ is led by women so, yes, we have a touch that not many others have.
